If that video was the first time you've read or heard about the way it is and what many elected servant "Americans" did to sell us out throughout the past 141 years, it's a terrible shock. It makes one sick, angry, disgusted, and upset, but then we gather up our wits, settle down, and join and become one more soul in the Republic who will make a difference because of the strength of We The People who are gathering knowledge and standing up for ourselves.
As you empower yourself with knowledge, a HUGE switch will take place in your mind, and you'll finally begin to understand that we can't expect those IN the corporation (all elected officials, the judicial system, law enforcement, etc.) to change "the system." Nor can we do anything "about" the corporation which is de facto, i.e. fake, false, fabricated, illegal, illegitimate, outside the Constitution.
(The corporation's foundation is the Federal Reserve, and that, with the IMF and the "Fed's United States Dollar" are being dismantled by countries around the world. Many countries have already moved off the "U. S. Dollar" as the "reserve currency of the world." In February and March of 2010 We The People realized that with an organized effort across and throughout this country, we could put the power of government that was rightly ours, back into our own hands, and just claim and re-establish the form of government, i.e. de jure = lawful, just, Constitutional, proper, that once was prior to 1860. We want men (it also means women) to "rule by law," not by whim. We hate the idea that all of what we believe to be "government" is run illegally and unconstitutionally! Is that o.k. with you? Is it o.k. with you that we now have socialism instead of capitalism as the kind of government in this country?
You see, the corporation never dissolved the Constitution. It was just set aside. So some of us in each of the 50 union free States followed the charge given to us in your's and my inheritance document, the Declaration of Independence, and took a stand (lawfully by documentation and presentment) to reclaim the Republic Form of Government (Article IV, Section 4). And we are continuing to build the Republic on a daily basis and are steadily growing! Because if you and I as "We the People" don't exist as a Republic on this land, then when it's announced that the corporation has run out of steam, the U. N. is poised to take over. - 1871 – FRAUD: The federal / national government was created into a corporation (by Congress via the "Corporation Act of 1871" in February). To try and give a simple word picture of what this meant, is that the 1871 Congress took a copy of the Constitution at that time (which had 15 Amendments, excluding the original 13th) and put it into a folder with the title "Corporation Charter." That, then became the "operating manual" of the United States government. The "Charter" meant that now the President and his VP, Congress (our elected "servants"), the judiciary, and all others in "government" were no longer subservient to We The People, but gradually their authority shifted to the privately-owned Federal Reserve bankers (1913) who control our money system!! ("He who controls the money supply of a nation controls the nation." James A. Garfield)
Working from the Constitution that is now a "corporate charter" allows for the deceitful "underlying ability" for elected officials, judges, lawyers/attorneys, and all others "in a now imposter government" to usurp our "rights" and charge a "for profit" monetary fee ($$$) for "services" now "given" to us as a "privilege from man" (i.e. certificates, licenses, permits, tags, badges, etc.)! It's always been said that "if you don't know your rights, you don't have any," and that's what's happened to us Americans during the past 140 years!
Government has been turned upside down on us, and if there is to be any "change," and a return to the Constitutional Republic Form of Government, it will take a continuing, growning body of people who "join the Republic" to take a claim and stand for the Republic. Everyone needs to understand that the Constitution was set aside in 1871, but it was never dissolved. So People reclaimed, re-established, restored, and re-inhabited the "Republic" in 2010 to call it back into action as the Federal Reserve Corporation is disintegrating.
(The corporation's gradual plan is that the governance of this country was going to be fully turned over to the United Nations. They already have jurisdiction over all the national/federal land in this country which are biospheres and World Heritage Sites: parks, monuments, historic sites, etc., AND the entire educational system of this country via the Department of Education which was given over to the UN/UNESCO by Pres. Bush Sr. and Pres. Clinton via International Agreements which are unconsitutional! The Constitution only authorizes the signing of International Treaties which have Congressional oversight, but Agreements don't, yet come to have the same force and effect of law that Treaties do!!! And 100s/1000s have been signed since socialist "FDR" Roosevelt began this with the Yalta Agreement. This is dictatorship by one man in action!)
ALL STATE & COUNTY GOVERNMENTS needed to be corporations by 1970 and put names inALL CAPS .
NOTE: The message that needs to get out across the land, to every American, is that our so-called "government" is an imposter because it is a "corporation" which is a "for profit" company, a "for profit" business. That's why it's so wacko according to "common sense" Americans. It is no different than the business owner down the street in its set-up via incorporation papers!
I have the 1933 IRS incorporation papers from the UCC office in Dover, Delaware. Title 26 of the United States Code is for "Internal Revenue," a huge difference than what's become known as the "Internal Revenue Service, i.e. IRS." Also, Title 26 has never been enacted into "positive law." Look in the Table of Contents of every United States Code book at your local or local law library. (Each of these items is another lesson for you to learn about which I can't explain here, in this introductory message. But you do need to begin to learn about "corporations" and then begin to question why anything to do with "government via a constitution" should be a "corporation" which is a commercial business operation, and might have "stock holders" as the Fed does?!?!?)
So the IRS is the Federal Reserve's private collection agency. The way it works is that because the Federal Reserve is a private corporation, owned by the wealthiest banking families in the world - most of whom aren't Americans, they create a "service" for We The People, which is to print their private "notes" as our means of "money." Take a look at what you call a dollar bill. Do you see across the top it says "Federal Reserve Note?" So being a "private business," they want to "make money, i.e. a profit" for their services. And that's where "income tax" comes into play. It's a "voluntary payment" (although it's become a "trap" or "entrapped" system against us) for us to pay some of our "earnings, pay, wages, compensation for our labor" to the Fed owners for the "use" of the product they provide in this country, which is their paper/cloth "Federal Reserve Notes" on which they print a financial value called "one dollar, two dollars, five - ten - twenty - fifty - or one hundred dollars!"
Now, a quick and inexpensive way for you to have a bit of "proof" of this, and to hold a bit of history in your hands in order to begin to learn all of this, and to help teach others, is to locate your local coin shops. Call and ask them if they have any $2 and $5-dollar "Kennedy" 1963 bills. (They might cost you up to double "face value." Face value is what's on the note - - $2 or $5, so your cost of up to double that would be $4 for the $2 bill, and $10 for the $5, but it's well worth you having history-proof in your hands.)
- Be prepared . . . your "freedom" is going to cost you something. The question is, how much are you willing to spend (time and money) for that freedom??? For me it's been 16 years of my life so far, which began at age 50, of self-disciplined and determined study and research, reading and learning, teaching and training, at a concentrated 18-hours-a-day for 10 months of each of the past 3 1/2 years so far. It began with reading six words: The 16th Amendment was never ratified.How can it be too much to sacrifice T.V. or other "pleasures" when we've let this country become so controlled by a corporation government; when we let the content in public school textbooks be written (dictated) now by UNESCO of the UN; when our children are not learning the academics of facts, knowledge, and information, but behaviorism of sensitivity, multiculturalism, and global awareness!
- Yet through all the wars of this country which have been fought so we'd have freedom, hundreds of thousands of "citizens" just like you and me, have died for civil rights and freedoms we now do not have! I believe my contribution isn't a choice, but necessary as a duty. It's all "volunteer." I get no paycheck in return. So don't you wait for "someone else," either. Your freedom in this country is in your hands . . . it's on the line today, more than ever before. The closest you're going to get to the "other guy" doing something instead of you, is by the one whom you see in the mirror each morning! It's your brain, your knowledge, your understanding, your belief, and your heart which needs to stand in the place of the space of your shoes in this country.
So getting back to the IRS as a private corporation, it's why the IRS Commissioner, in the Diversified Metals Supreme Court case, said that the IRS is not a part of the U. S. government. And that's why it doesn't matter how wonderful a person is whom we elect "to government," the foundation of that "government" that the elected servant employee works within is a corporation, not a Constitutional Republic government, so it's impossible for a few of the elected, who know the truth (like Representative Dr. Ron Paul of Texas), to change it from the inside!! The "control" is just too great with those "at the top." So just like this country was formed based on self-government, beginning with the Mayflower Compact in 1620, an American Constitutional Republican Form of Government was created in 1787, and it began with and happened by We The People.
(Side note: Virginia already had an operating legislative government in 1619, a year before the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth. I never knew this until 2007 when we went to Jamestown and Williamsburg for the 400th-year anniversary of that aspect of our country's beginnings. This government was "by charter" of the King of England. The Pilgrims also had a charter, i.e. permission, to settle in the land area known as Virginia, but storms kept preventing them from sailing there. That's why they ended up settling in what's known as Plymouth, Massachusetts, but most important of all, before they set foot on land, it's WHY they knew they needed to create a document "of existence, of structure and order" they'd all agree to abide to:
In the name of God, Amen. We, whose names are underwritten, the loyal subjects of our dread Sovereign Lord King James, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King, defender of the Faith, etc.

Regarding our current "corporation government," just like the men who went to that Constitutional Convention in 1787, they knew they couldn't "change" the Articles of Confederation to solve the problems . . . they needed to begin with something totally new. And that's what 1,354 of us men and women from 50 states did on March 30, 2010 . . . we knew we couldn't change the CORPORATION, so we re-established the Constitutional Republic, we re-inhabited what stopped around 1860. We "restored the Republic." And as Americans understand this and want a "change" according to what they would do if they were in charge, they are joining the Republic to make this happen. It's the SOLUTION to this country's problems because it is thee FOUNDATION of who and what will control, and have power and authority in, over, above, and around YOUR LIFE! We are putting the government back into the people's hands. We The People are the First Level of Government in this country. We are doing it. The Declaration of Independence says that it is our duty to do so.
On the economic side, 100-140 years ago, the bankers gained control of governments around the world via central banking, and so many have become upset over the control, poverty, no sound money, "credit" systems of debt, and such, that they are now and have been for a few years already, dismantling the Federal Reserve, have been going off the American "dollar" as the reserve currency of the world, and setting up alternate currencies. (Check the YouTube resources of Lindsey Williams and others.) This is why you're hearing about the "collapse" of the European countries. And the economic foundation of our corporation government is spiraling out of control, but at the same time collapsing, like an underground movement because you won't hear about this on T.V. This is because most communications have also been bought up and are controlled by a few. And controlling your brain is deliberate because look at the disintegration of what's called "news" today. The "reporting" of social interests and commentary, opinions, feelings, and "I think" stuff is sickening. Wake up to the "dumbing down" of your intelligence when you hear someone give a report, and right after that you continue to listen to someone tell you what the speaker just said!!
In this country, the de facto (fake, false, fabricated) federal government no longer has the support and backing of the economic system that held them up during the 1900s. And the worse deceit is that the corporation which everyone believes is the government, is all based on for-profit economics instead of their job of limited government to keep our rights secured and to keep government OUT of our lives!!! That's one of the reasons why there are overflowing jails, and you're reading how more and more jails/prisons are becoming "privately owned???" Why is that? One of our kids just read about that in the local newspaper and was shocked and wondered how that could be.
I explained that for each prisoner a bond is created, just like with each Social Security number. This is the reason why "they say" your need to "apply" (i.e. volunteer) for a SS# for your new-born baby! In the 1960s I was told to get one when I began to work and earn money because I was told I then needed to begin to pay income taxes (another trap). Today, getting a SS# for a newborn is under the guise, but reality, in order for you to claim your kids as dependants, by a "volunteer" action (don't choke because this gets maddening) on your part, on the 1040 income tax return!! (In actuality, the 1040 is an "information gathering form for the 2555 form: "Foreign Earned Income," but that's still another story for another time, but a clue if you want to research.)
When I say "volunteer," it's just like you "volunteering" to "turn your new-born infant" over to the government "as property" by being the "informant" on the birth certificate "application" the parents fill out in the hospital. (Realize, this is NOT the "birth certificate" which "the state" creates as a security interest, i.e. an asset, within the corporation to offset their spiraling debt.) Go ask for a blank application form from a hospital and see the word "informant" below the signing line . . . creepy, like the "informants" in communism! When I first learned of this and immediately went to a hospital and asked if I could have a blank birth certificate application so we could be prepared to see what information was needed for the birth of a baby (no lie in those words), I almost had a heart attack. What kind of a country is this anymore?)
As you can see, I'm "going backwards" in the time line, or chain of events. The major item almost everyone is familiar with, which backs up the birth certificate, is the marriage "license" which is two people going to "the state" to get permission from "the state" to get married. I've read the history as to all the reasons "why" the government created this requirement (in the major years, 1930s, of the socialism establishment in this country). But in obtaining a marriage license, which is another of the adhesion contracts one "volunteers" to make with "the state," (Adhesion contracts are violations of our civil rights and Due Process of Law because there isn't full disclosure given to us, so it's fraud which is a felony charge, which is criminal activity on the part of the men and women who are under oath to the Constitution. Now there are also some people who are beginning to gain the knowledge and strength to lawfully use the laws on the books to lawfully take action by criminal complaints against the public officials for violations of the law. It is their responsibility to uphold the law and to keep our rights secured. It says so in the Titles, especially Title 18, regarding Civil Rights. So some of We The People are sacrificing more and more of our time, energy, and finances to regain the righteousness the Founding Fathers established for us in 1787 with the Constitution for the United States of America. But we need you, too.)
So many events in our lives are tied in "to each other" that it's hard to separate isolated items in order to give you an overview of the truth of the "background forces" working in our lives in this country. That includes ledger entry assets from a "bond," by bonding each "prisoner" which are securities which means "making money." This also happens with all the thousands of traffic fines, to make money for "the state," whether it is federal, state, county, or local governments!!! (A "ledger entry" is numbers on a piece of paper, in an accounting book, etc. vs. holding actual "money" in your hand, even if it is Federal Reserve Notes. Think about your personal life. How much "actual cash" do you work with? It's getting pretty close to the time when you can now go through an entire lifetime without touching/needing to use cash. Right? And the more you don't use cash, the more control you're allowing others to have over your freedoms! You're giving up freedoms for the conveniences of a more complex, get-everything-you-can-possibly-get-out-of-life life. Where is the "downtime" in life anymore? Look at what is happening - - - a technical hook-up in their hands almost from the moment of their capacity to think. Ah, ha! Just what the mind "controllers" wanted. So let's get back to the central subject at hand.)

They already have jurisdiction over all the national/federal land in this country which are biospheres and World Heritage Sites: parks, monuments, historic sites, etc., AND the entire educational system of this country via the Department of Education which was given over to the UN/UNESCO by Pres. Bush Sr. and Pres. Clinton via International Agreements which are unconsitutional! The Constitution only authorizes the signing of International Treaties which have Congressional oversight, but Agreements don't, yet come to have the same force and effect of law that Treaties do!!! And 100s/1000s have been signed since socialist "FDR" Roosevelt began this with the Yalta Agreement. This is dictatorship by one man in action!)

NOTE: The message that needs to get out across the land, to every American, is that our so-called "government" is an imposter because it is a "corporation" which is a "for profit" company, a "for profit" business. That's why it's so wacko according to "common sense" Americans. It is no different than the business owner down the street in its set-up via incorporation papers!
I have the 1933 IRS incorporation papers from the UCC office in Dover, Delaware. Title 26 of the United States Code is for "Internal Revenue," a huge difference than what's become known as the "Internal Revenue Service, i.e. IRS." Also, Title 26 has never been enacted into "positive law." Look in the Table of Contents of every United States Code book at your local or local law library. (Each of these items is another lesson for you to learn about which I can't explain here, in this introductory message. But you do need to begin to learn about "corporations" and then begin to question why anything to do with "government via a constitution" should be a "corporation" which is a commercial business operation, and might have "stock holders" as the Fed does?!?!?)
So the IRS is the Federal Reserve's private collection agency. The way it works is that because the Federal Reserve is a private corporation, owned by the wealthiest banking families in the world - most of whom aren't Americans, they create a "service" for We The People, which is to print their private "notes" as our means of "money." Take a look at what you call a dollar bill. Do you see across the top it says "Federal Reserve Note?" So being a "private business," they want to "make money, i.e. a profit" for their services. And that's where "income tax" comes into play. It's a "voluntary payment" (although it's become a "trap" or "entrapped" system against us) for us to pay some of our "earnings, pay, wages, compensation for our labor" to the Fed owners for the "use" of the product they provide in this country, which is their paper/cloth "Federal Reserve Notes" on which they print a financial value called "one dollar, two dollars, five - ten - twenty - fifty - or one hundred dollars!"
Now, a quick and inexpensive way for you to have a bit of "proof" of this, and to hold a bit of history in your hands in order to begin to learn all of this, and to help teach others, is to locate your local coin shops. Call and ask them if they have any $2 and $5-dollar "Kennedy" 1963 bills. (They might cost you up to double "face value." Face value is what's on the note - - $2 or $5, so your cost of up to double that would be $4 for the $2 bill, and $10 for the $5, but it's well worth you having history-proof in your hands.)
- Be prepared . . . your "freedom" is going to cost you something. The question is, how much are you willing to spend (time and money) for that freedom??? For me it's been 16 years of my life so far, which began at age 50, of self-disciplined and determined study and research, reading and learning, teaching and training, at a concentrated 18-hours-a-day for 10 months of each of the past 3 1/2 years so far. It began with reading six words: The 16th Amendment was never ratified.How can it be too much to sacrifice T.V. or other "pleasures" when we've let this country become so controlled by a corporation government; when we let the content in public school textbooks be written (dictated) now by UNESCO of the UN; when our children are not learning the academics of facts, knowledge, and information, but behaviorism of sensitivity, multiculturalism, and global awareness!
- Yet through all the wars of this country which have been fought so we'd have freedom, hundreds of thousands of "citizens" just like you and me, have died for civil rights and freedoms we now do not have! I believe my contribution isn't a choice, but necessary as a duty. It's all "volunteer." I get no paycheck in return. So don't you wait for "someone else," either. Your freedom in this country is in your hands . . . it's on the line today, more than ever before. The closest you're going to get to the "other guy" doing something instead of you, is by the one whom you see in the mirror each morning! It's your brain, your knowledge, your understanding, your belief, and your heart which needs to stand in the place of the space of your shoes in this country.
So getting back to the IRS as a private corporation, it's why the IRS Commissioner, in the Diversified Metals Supreme Court case, said that the IRS is not a part of the U. S. government. And that's why it doesn't matter how wonderful a person is whom we elect "to government," the foundation of that "government" that the elected servant employee works within is a corporation, not a Constitutional Republic government, so it's impossible for a few of the elected, who know the truth (like Representative Dr. Ron Paul of Texas), to change it from the inside!! The "control" is just too great with those "at the top." So just like this country was formed based on self-government, beginning with the Mayflower Compact in 1620, an American Constitutional Republican Form of Government was created in 1787, and it began with and happened by We The People.
(Side note: Virginia already had an operating legislative government in 1619, a year before the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth. I never knew this until 2007 when we went to Jamestown and Williamsburg for the 400th-year anniversary of that aspect of our country's beginnings. This government was "by charter" of the King of England. The Pilgrims also had a charter, i.e. permission, to settle in the land area known as Virginia, but storms kept preventing them from sailing there. That's why they ended up settling in what's known as Plymouth, Massachusetts, but most important of all, before they set foot on land, it's WHY they knew they needed to create a document "of existence, of structure and order" they'd all agree to abide to:
In the name of God, Amen. We, whose names are underwritten, the loyal subjects of our dread Sovereign Lord King James, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King, defender of the Faith, etc.

Regarding our current "corporation government," just like the men who went to that Constitutional Convention in 1787, they knew they couldn't "change" the Articles of Confederation to solve the problems . . . they needed to begin with something totally new. And that's what 1,354 of us men and women from 50 states did on March 30, 2010 . . . we knew we couldn't change the CORPORATION, so we re-established the Constitutional Republic, we re-inhabited what stopped around 1860. We "restored the Republic." And as Americans understand this and want a "change" according to what they would do if they were in charge, they are joining the Republic to make this happen. It's the SOLUTION to this country's problems because it is thee FOUNDATION of who and what will control, and have power and authority in, over, above, and around YOUR LIFE! We are putting the government back into the people's hands. We The People are the First Level of Government in this country. We are doing it. The Declaration of Independence says that it is our duty to do so.
On the economic side, 100-140 years ago, the bankers gained control of governments around the world via central banking, and so many have become upset over the control, poverty, no sound money, "credit" systems of debt, and such, that they are now and have been for a few years already, dismantling the Federal Reserve, have been going off the American "dollar" as the reserve currency of the world, and setting up alternate currencies. (Check the YouTube resources of Lindsey Williams and others.) This is why you're hearing about the "collapse" of the European countries. And the economic foundation of our corporation government is spiraling out of control, but at the same time collapsing, like an underground movement because you won't hear about this on T.V. This is because most communications have also been bought up and are controlled by a few. And controlling your brain is deliberate because look at the disintegration of what's called "news" today. The "reporting" of social interests and commentary, opinions, feelings, and "I think" stuff is sickening. Wake up to the "dumbing down" of your intelligence when you hear someone give a report, and right after that you continue to listen to someone tell you what the speaker just said!!
In this country, the de facto (fake, false, fabricated) federal government no longer has the support and backing of the economic system that held them up during the 1900s. And the worse deceit is that the corporation which everyone believes is the government, is all based on for-profit economics instead of their job of limited government to keep our rights secured and to keep government OUT of our lives!!! That's one of the reasons why there are overflowing jails, and you're reading how more and more jails/prisons are becoming "privately owned???" Why is that? One of our kids just read about that in the local newspaper and was shocked and wondered how that could be.
I explained that for each prisoner a bond is created, just like with each Social Security number. This is the reason why "they say" your need to "apply" (i.e. volunteer) for a SS# for your new-born baby! In the 1960s I was told to get one when I began to work and earn money because I was told I then needed to begin to pay income taxes (another trap). Today, getting a SS# for a newborn is under the guise, but reality, in order for you to claim your kids as dependants, by a "volunteer" action (don't choke because this gets maddening) on your part, on the 1040 income tax return!! (In actuality, the 1040 is an "information gathering form for the 2555 form: "Foreign Earned Income," but that's still another story for another time, but a clue if you want to research.)
When I say "volunteer," it's just like you "volunteering" to "turn your new-born infant" over to the government "as property" by being the "informant" on the birth certificate "application" the parents fill out in the hospital. (Realize, this is NOT the "birth certificate" which "the state" creates as a security interest, i.e. an asset, within the corporation to offset their spiraling debt.) Go ask for a blank application form from a hospital and see the word "informant" below the signing line . . . creepy, like the "informants" in communism! When I first learned of this and immediately went to a hospital and asked if I could have a blank birth certificate application so we could be prepared to see what information was needed for the birth of a baby (no lie in those words), I almost had a heart attack. What kind of a country is this anymore?)
As you can see, I'm "going backwards" in the time line, or chain of events. The major item almost everyone is familiar with, which backs up the birth certificate, is the marriage "license" which is two people going to "the state" to get permission from "the state" to get married. I've read the history as to all the reasons "why" the government created this requirement (in the major years, 1930s, of the socialism establishment in this country). But in obtaining a marriage license, which is another of the adhesion contracts one "volunteers" to make with "the state," (Adhesion contracts are violations of our civil rights and Due Process of Law because there isn't full disclosure given to us, so it's fraud which is a felony charge, which is criminal activity on the part of the men and women who are under oath to the Constitution. Now there are also some people who are beginning to gain the knowledge and strength to lawfully use the laws on the books to lawfully take action by criminal complaints against the public officials for violations of the law. It is their responsibility to uphold the law and to keep our rights secured. It says so in the Titles, especially Title 18, regarding Civil Rights. So some of We The People are sacrificing more and more of our time, energy, and finances to regain the righteousness the Founding Fathers established for us in 1787 with the Constitution for the United States of America. But we need you, too.)
So many events in our lives are tied in "to each other" that it's hard to separate isolated items in order to give you an overview of the truth of the "background forces" working in our lives in this country. That includes ledger entry assets from a "bond," by bonding each "prisoner" which are securities which means "making money." This also happens with all the thousands of traffic fines, to make money for "the state," whether it is federal, state, county, or local governments!!! (A "ledger entry" is numbers on a piece of paper, in an accounting book, etc. vs. holding actual "money" in your hand, even if it is Federal Reserve Notes. Think about your personal life. How much "actual cash" do you work with? It's getting pretty close to the time when you can now go through an entire lifetime without touching/needing to use cash. Right? And the more you don't use cash, the more control you're allowing others to have over your freedoms! You're giving up freedoms for the conveniences of a more complex, get-everything-you-can-possibly-get-out-of-life life. Where is the "downtime" in life anymore? Look at what is happening - - - a technical hook-up in their hands almost from the moment of their capacity to think. Ah, ha! Just what the mind "controllers" wanted. So let's get back to the central subject at hand.)
Why is there this plan for control of your life? For the following . . . . .

- 1930s and 1970s – Judicial/Court reorganization: Common Law eliminated; equity, admiralty, maritime law forms joined as a “for profit” corporation business. Judges, not juries by 5th, 6th & 7th Amendments, are ruling. The Constitution & claiming “rights” is out the door.
- 2009 - Countries world wide began to state publicly that they’re moving off the U. S. dollar as the reserve currency; they’re creating their own banking systems, dismantling the Federal Reserve, and moving out of the International Monetary Fund, the IMF. Alternate currencies are being created.
- August 2011 The corporate
- The Republic is positioned to continue writing the government paychecks so hopefully there will be no panic, rioting, and bloodshed if there's a small glitch in the transfer of the foundation of government. The Republic's banking system is getting set up and funded, backed by gold, silver, and commodities. (The de facto players are already working with Republic officials for the transistion. The Republic's elected provisional Legislature is creating the necessary legislation to order the necessary authority and transistioning requirements.) The Republic will not allow the United Nations to take control. The U. N. is already poised with international troops and stashes of arms in underground mountain bunkers in this country, to take over when the Fed collapse happens. Their plan is to dissolve the Constitution (and it's slowly been eroded by Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, and the Delphi Technique). Their plan is to disarm America, but it's believed that if an event happens to "trigger" this throughout the country, American gun owners will kill foreign troops who appear on their doorstep to disarm us, and there is no way anyone in the Republic wants bloodshed on this land. So the stronger the Republic is (with you joining in order to increase the strength of those Americans who are standing for the restored American Constitutional Republic in this country), the better we are as a foundation to peacefully step forward and disarm anxiety, fear, and panic which the corp government is creating by the government saying that maybe they won't have money to pay out Social Security checks, military retirement checks, etc. I have a public letter that went around a year ago, by people in our government, saying just that. The ploy is that the government creates a fear/panic in order for them to step in with a solution to obtain a pre-determined outcome by those in government (or the bankers and players behind the scenes controlling those in government), for their continual increased control, authority, and power (CAP).

The blog is turned on . . . . . at least I'm going to try it until I see a problem. If there's indecent language (which I have NO tolerance for!), or it gets to be more than I can handle if there is negative lashing out, etc., I will return to my norm of the blogs I've written and only have it be a one-sided message venue (mine) just to get the information "out there" and to make it available for educational purposes.
This is NOT an available platform for any anti-Republic, anti-President James Timothy Turner or other anti-pro-Constitution of what several thousand of us have already stood up to restore in this country. All of our Founding Fathers and all the men and women who have died in "service to their country," did so by standing on the ideals of what they believed our "elected servants" were protecting for us (and they weren't since they're the ones who sold us out to the mess we're in today).
I will tell you though, that if there is anything "anti" in this blog, it WILL BE info regarding elected servants who are supporting unconstitutionalism every day in their job (e.g., like everyone in the national Congress who allows the IRS to exist).
It will be "anti-Americans" who took an oath to God in order to get a pay check, yet they do NOT uphold the Constitution - national or state.
It will be the people and agencies who are anti-Sovereigns (like the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League who wrote long papers against "Sovereigns" as if it's a dirty word and they say no one in this country can call themselves "sovereign." When I know people are deficient in their knowledge of history about sovereignty in relationship to adhering to the Rule of Law, and the American Constitutional foundation of law, it's time that you and I speak up and let others know the truth so you can make intelligent choices as to what you want to believe.)

Therefore, I will censor just as if this is a textbook (just like you can't answer back to what's being programmed into kids' heads by UNESCO's content in over half of the textbooks being used in schools today, whether it is the truth or slanted or an outright lie OR worse yet, omission. I will give you principles of knowledge that every American needs to know in order to shift his/her paradigm of what it means to be an American - what "freedom" is actually supposed to be like (for instance no redistribution of wealth through taxation, i.e. IRS income taxes and knowledge that the IRS isn't a part of our government [Supreme Court decision: Diversified Metals], that the 16th Amendment - income taxes - was never ratified, the Federal Reserve is a private corporation owned by the 10-12 wealthiest banking families in the world, "government" gets not a penny of your federal income taxes - - - it goes to the wealthiest banking families for interest they charge on the use of their Federal Reserve Notes [You call them dollar bills.] which they create out of thin air since they stole all the gold and silver of this country!, etc.).

* * * THE SOLUTION - - - THE ANSWER * * *
The Republic for the united States of America IS THEE ANSWER to solving what you see - believe - don't understand, but know are the problems in this country. All the Tea Party and other groups are great for bringing attention to the fact that there are problems. But they're looking in the wrong direction for the solutions and answers.
If you've also been looking to the current elected government people "to solve the problem," you, too, are looking in the wrong direction! Those who are IN the CORPORATION can't, won't, or maybe don't have the ability "to fix" the CORPORATION (if they even understand it) and switch to a Republican Form of Government (Article IV, Section 4). It's just like the Articles of Confederation in 1787 - - - the Founding Fathers knew that that document couldn't be "fixed." Something different had to be established.
It's the same now. TURN YOUR FOCUS TO LOOK AT THE REPUBLIC. We the People have to, once again as in 1776, stand up for ourselves and our rights, if we want them. If you want your inheritance and birth right, then YOU need to personally claim that for yourself. No one else can do it for you.
We the People are the ones who establish the government in this country, NOT those whom we elect.
So it is We the People who need to and are fixing the problem, and we need all other Americans to help. (It's either us with a Constitutional Republic Form of Government or the United Nations with international military - - - who do you want controlling you and this country?)
We the People need to stand up to declare / claim our unalienable rights. Each of us needs to occupy a position of being an "American freeman" who, among men, institutes (establishes) the government on this land, and declares that the elected servants need to, once again
- - 1. keep our rights secured,
- - 2. keep government out of our lives,
- - 3. and recognize self-governing principles which we are reestablishing in order to regulate ourselves under the 1787-1789-1791 Constitution and our State Constitutions.
Elected servant officials need to remember that they are also We the People and that they have been elected to "serve," NOT to control!!! Constitutions were created to "limit" government from encroaching into our life.
"Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it it the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundatiion on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. . . . But when a long train of abuses and usurpation, . . . envinces a design to reduce them (us) under absolute Despotism, it is their (our) right, it is their (our) duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security." (The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, July 4, 1776)
There are those of us in all 50 Union States of the Republic who have already declared that we are "men/women created equal, endowed by their (our) Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." (more of the Declaration)
We have the solution. We're fixing the problem, and we need you to stand strong with us. If you consider yourself "an American," but are outside the Republic, then you're a CORPORATION U. S. citizen / STRAWMAN (look at your ALL CAP name on all docs, cards, etc.) with no rights. We're inviting you to change that, to become part of the solution, and to join us as soon and as fast as possible to overcome the wrong and unlawfulness that's been perpetrated against all of us in this country for the past 141 years.
This is one time in your life where one person CAN make a difference! It's up to you alone to reestablish yourself as a living soul with a beating heart, born as a free man or woman on this land with unalienable rights, and declare who you are. No one else can do this for you. And by doing so, YOU are helping to fix the problem; YOU are helping to solve the problem; YOU ARE THE SOLUTION ! ! !

The basic problem most people have is that they are doing nothing to solve their basic problem!
Ignorance is our enemy. Educate yourself.
You went to school to learn how to read . . . now it's time to put it back into practice.
Discipline yourself and turn off the tube and the mindless time with the electronic gadgets.
Make an appointment with yourself.
Put it on the calendar or in the planner.
Read.
Study.
Take notes.
Keep a notebook.
Develop a "good" habit for yourself and your family.
Share with others.
Encourage others to learn with you.
Learning the truth will stimulate your heart, soul, and brain into an excitement for a rejuvenated life - a purpose for living; a value associated with your life that most people have never had because throughout most of our lives none of us were being fed the truth; a reason to want to live and interact with everyone else who is wanting to participate in life - - - which is our future as free Americans.
Freedom is in the air!
Freedom comes by understanding, and understanding fuels what's necessary for you to produce the necessary change in your life, to be the solution.
No one else can gain your freedom for you.
Understanding is thee KEY to yesterday's, today's, and tomorrow's glad heart, smiles, and sunshine for the pursuit of Happiness!
Remember, any man wrapped up in himself makes a very small package.
Also, keep praying - but be thankful God's answers are wiser than our prayers.
The Republic IS AND WILL CONTINUE TO SUCCEED.
